-2 spoonful coconut oil
Tips
-Stay away from dairy, sugar, and grains. GRAINS
-Fat! Look for healthy fats. (Coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, nuts)
-Think MACRO nutrients (protein, carb, fat) in every intake.
-Stay away from "high inflammation" foods. (1st tip)
