C.  "Tabata Something Else"

Tabata sit-ups
Tabata squats
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.


"Sport"
A.  3 pos clean (Hip, Hang, Floor) + 1 Jerk
B.10 minute AMRAP of:
Run 400M
20 KBS
10 HSPU
20 Burpee Box Jumps
