  1. I Also pr'd my snatch today at 190. Great motivation and really enjoyed the programming of wiring to a tough single after doing weeks of doubles and trips it's good to see that it helped gain better technique and strength. I think it will help people believe and trust in the system even more add King add you can ser the progress
